Do you ship internationally (to the US, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, etc.)? 

We do! We love our global UMI fam and are happy to send our collections worldwide. Ferry pick-up options are available for St. Thomas, and standard shipping is available to the United States and Puerto Rico. Customers in other countries (Europe, etc.) should contact us at info@umifashions.com for personalized service.

I'm from a neighboring island. How do I receive my order? 

We're happy to send fashions on the ferry! Customers can pick up orders at their respective docks within 3-5 business days. Contact us here for further questions!

How do I place an order?

Sounds like you have great taste! PayPal is now live, so simply check out as you normally would with a PayPal account. You can also call us at 1-284-342-5755 to coordinate a different form of payment.

I just ordered! What do I do now and when can I come get it? 

Yay! Thanks for joining the UMI Fashions fam. We know you can't wait to rock your swag, but please allow 2-3 business days of processing time. Orders are available for pick-up during business hours (10AM to 6PM) at our flagship location in the Tropic Isle Building. If you are located on Tortola, you may be eligible for hand delivery. Please contact us at 1-284-342-5755 to coordinate this, or with any other inquiries.
