UMI's trend-setting advantage has been maximized with the opening of UMI 2, which is located in the Tropic Isle Center next to Tortola Travels.

As one enters the store a large black abstract artwork forms a dazzling focal point that draws attention to hand-selected accessories that are on display. Who would know if it's real or not, as stylish cluster rings, metallic chunky bracelets and dazzling stone necklaces twinkle.

Each piece of clothing is specially selected, and it shows, but for confirmation BVI News spoke with Deborah O‘Neal who said her mantra is small selections. She explained that UMI 2 caters to an 18 and up age group and presents affordable high-end fashion.

"We go all out to find our stuff. It is a signature store and UMI has always been a trendsetter and we can do this because we stock a small selection. Persons can find affordable one-of-a-kind high-end pieces at UMI,"O'Neal said before pointing out that every Tuesday UMI would be unveiling hot new stocks.
